Defective / Damaged Items

If your ulu LAGOON product arrives to you failing to perform, due to manufacturer or shipping defect, we want to make it right! Send a picture or two showing the issue to info@ululagoon.com. After we receive your pictures we will issue a full refund or replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you.

Order arrived with an incorrect item(s)

If you received item(s) that were not what you ordered, contact us and we will work with you to correct the mistake.

My Package is lost or missing

We are sorry to hear that your order has not arrived.

Please reach out and let us know. We will investigate the situation immediately and work with you to find a resolution.

Changed your Mind? Or just want a refund

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our product. Let us know that you want to return the order and we will work with you on finding a solution.  

We review requests on a case by case basis, here are some of the details we take into consideration:

If over 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a full refund.

The items must in the same condition that you received them in and in original packaging

The items must not have any damage
